David Lynch<\/a>. Was soll ich sagen? Lost Highway<\/a> im Cinedom K\u00f6ln, 1997. Volles Kino, Samstag Abend. Nachdem sich Bill Pullman in Balthazar Getty verwandelte leerte sich der Saal zunehmend und mir wurde klar das dies DER Shit war. Lost Highway ist nat\u00fcrlich keineswegs ein Film f\u00fcr Lynch-Einsteiger. Aber wenn bereits bei diesem Streifen Begeisterung f\u00fcr den Regiesseur von Eraserhead und Twin Peaks geweckt wird ist nat\u00fcrlich Mulholland Drive<\/a> die logische Konsequenz.
\n\u00dcbrigens bisher der einzige Film den ich mir im Kino an zwei Tagen hintereinander angesehen habe. So derartig gefesselt war ich von diesem mysteri\u00f6sen Meisterwerk. Worums da geht? Haha, der war gut!<\/p>\n

Lynch ist ebenfalls f\u00fcr seine exzellenten Soundtrack Zusammenstellungen bekannt und l\u00e4sst besonders die d\u00fcsteren Passagen von seinem Haus und Hof Komponisten Angelo Badalamenti<\/a> einspielen. So auch bei Mulholland Drive untermalt dieser gekonnt die von Lynch inszenierten Psycho-Abgr\u00fcnde seiner Protagonisten. Dabei wechseln klassische Musik-Arrangements mit psychodelischen Rock-Nummern, Free Jazz St\u00fccken und fast schon albern harmlosen Fr\u00fch-60er Schlagern. So gilt: So wild der Film, so wild der Score. Gipfeln tut das Ganze im schaurig sch\u00f6nen Love Theme das den Begriff G\u00e4nsehaut in eine v\u00f6llig neue Dimension katapultiert.<\/p>\n

Der Soundtrack erschien parallel zum Film 2001 ausschliesslich auf CD. 2008 brachte dann Milan Records<\/a> in kleiner St\u00fcckzahl eine Vinyl Pressung<\/a> heraus die gl\u00fccklicherweise in diesen Tagen wiederver\u00f6ffentlicht wurde.
